Legacy Jazz Ensemble was born out of a group of individuals with a true passion for music. Ever since coming together in 2023, they have been privileged to share their devotion to music and live performance with many jazz lovers. The Legacy Jazz Ensemble takes immense pride in our music, which pays heartfelt homage to the South African jazz legends who have laid the foundation for our artistry. Building on their extraordinary legacies, we aim to preserve the essence of traditional South African jazz while infusing it with our unique contemporary approach, creating a harmonious blend that appeals to diverse audiences.
